Greetings Fellow Hygienists,
We are quickly approaching the end of another hot and humid Virginia summer, and looking forward to the cooler days of fall. With the new season comes the start of Greater Richmond Dental Hygienists’ Association activities that will carry through the fall and winter. Your GRDHA Executive Board officers have been hard at work this summer planning some great continuing education courses! Our first CE is scheduled for September 15th, with courses planned for November, February, and March. Look for more information regarding these classes as they approach. As always, members will be able to attend GRDHA courses for a discounted fee. If you are not currently a member or need to renew your membership, ADHA is now offering quarterly payment options! Other upcoming events in the Richmond area include the VDHA Fall CE and Professional Development Workshop on October 14th, and Rally Day at the Capitol in January. As these events are being held in Richmond, I hope to see a great turnout from our local hygienists.
